What a day of insight and inspiration, at this year’s Food & Words at The Mint, on Saturday. Once again, Barbara Sweeney lined up a collection of diverse speakers…..some well known, but others who spend their lives behind the scenes, making things happen. The day was fun, informative, full of fact, of stories, travel, colour, humour, fun….
