Doing flowers in the Dairy is so much fun – it doesn’t matter how much mess I make – I sometimes bring them inside in a wheelbarrow! But this combination was sheer heaven – I don’t know what my employer at Pulbrook & Gould in London years ago would say – she’d probably throw up her hands in horror! Well….maybe, maybe not, but I always have a little chuckle when I fill my big white jug with silverbeet & beetroot leaves, carrots gone to seed, celery, rocket…..the stuff that bolts often makes the best arrangements!
