Spring has gradually unfurled her delicate leaves and delighted us with fragile blossom these last weeks at GLENMORE and I have every expectation that she will continue to weave her magic as we approach our intoxicating celebration of the season with the BIRD COW TREE, LONG SUNDAY LUNCH on SUNDAY 12 OCTOBER.
BIRD COW TREE, the occasional dining collaboration between chefs and good friends MARTIN BOETZ (The Cooks Co-Op) and ALEX HERBERT (Bird Cow Fish) is heading our way. With specially selected wines from VOYAGER ESTATE to accompany each course, Martin & Alex have designed a scrumptious spring menu for us to swoon over on the day.
