Whilst I'm frantic with preparation for our big Open Garden Weekend on 19 & 20 OCTOBER (next week, eek!), our SPRING/SUMMER KITCHEN GARDENING DAY on FRIDAY 25 OCTOBER is not to be forgotten!
Where the last two kitchen gardening days have been all about preparation for the season ahead, now it's time for us to share our tips for nurturing spring seedlings and, as we hurtle towards summer, to guide you through the next phase of kitchen gardening. The transition here from one season to the next is almost complete, though there are still a few stragglers I refuse to pull out 'til they expire...while we're still enjoying the fruits of my winter's labour, I can't bring myself to ditch them: more broad beans please!
