Just a wee note, in response to so many enquiries, that yes indeed, the India Flint Workshop in August is fully booked. I'm so sorry to those who wanted to join the day but I'll try my best to persuade her to come back again next year - watch this space!
There are just four places left at our CHAMBER MUSIC CONCERT on SUNDAY 15 JUNE, when in celebration of winter, we have members of the Sydney Symphony to play for us, before enjoying a garden-inspired seasonal lunch by Eon Waugh.
Last but not least, I wonder who will snap up the lucky last two places at my WINTER COOKING DAY, next week on FRIDAY 30 MAY? The day will be filled picking produce from the garden, baking favourite cakes and stirring a hearty winter soup or two, as well as whipping up an alfresco lunch to enjoy in the sun (or by the fire if the weather is truly unkind). At day's end, you will leave with warm cake and a bundle of new recipes to play with through the winter!
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me. For further details about cooking and to make a booking, please click here. Or for the winter concert, here.
I'll very much hope to see you then!
Very best wishes
