This time, as the last days of summer dwindle and thoughts turn to the season ahead, many summer veg are in no hurry at all to give up their ground. We're eating well, it's the season of bounty...and the tangent topic is that of 'cutting' flowers in the kitchen garden.
While much of this episode is flowery and pretty, don't forget that none of it would be possible, without nurturing the soil in the first place!
