The first Echinacea flowers from the little enclosed garden I've made here especially for Anthia....

Hello everyone,

We enjoyed such glorious days with ANTHIA KOULLOUROS at our HERBAL GARDEN WORKSHOPS last year, that I couldn't resist inviting her to do it all over again. So you can imagine how excited I am that she agreed (especially as she's in such hot demand!).  The first will be on FRIDAY 17 MARCH.

The day will be in a similar vein to those last year (with garden inspections and copious notes on the history of herbs and their value in our lives today) and following my special request for the last workshop, will include a focus on Herbal Remedies for GardenersOintments, Salves and Antiseptics for the Gardener's Cuts & Bruises.  It's no surprise (I'm sure) for you to know that I always seem to be in the wars (and I've recently had cause to mix a Comfrey poultice or two for Larry's broken ankle - it never ends!).

Anthia is such a resource of information which she shares generously and with delightful enthusiasm....she is simply in possession of so many snippets of information lost through time that we really ought to know, and we can't wait to share another day with an eager group of participants.

As always, I'll prepare a garden-inspired lunch, the fruits of the early autumn garden are among my favourites - tomatoes, cucumbers, capsicums, aubergines and figs - now they will be fun to play with!.

For further information and to make a booking, please click here and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.  Anthia and I will very much hope to see you here for a day of fascinating herbal know-how.

Very best wishes

Mickey
