This time, as the last days of summer dwindle and thoughts turn to the season ahead, many summer veg are in no hurry at all to give up their ground. We're eating well, it's the season of bounty...and the tangent topic is that of 'cutting' flowers in the kitchen garden.

While much of this episode is flowery and pretty, don't forget that none of it would be possible, without nurturing the soil in the first place! With that thought in mind,  I'd love to see you here at our INTRODUCTION TO BIODYNAMICS on SATURDAY 30 MARCH. Come and join the couple of farmers as well as urban participants who have already booked their places....it will be a day for all who care about the land, and where our food comes from. Regenerative agriculture comes in many guises, and HAMISH MACKAY and CHARLIE ARNOTT know more than a thing or two about nourishing the soil, and making things grow. All details and the booking form are here and of course, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!

In the meantime, I do hope you enjoy episode six of the podcast!

Very best wishes,

Mickey
